‘Ask MEC’ is our latest FAQ option
‘Ask MEC’ is our free, conversational guide to wellbeing and Mindful Emotion Coaching. It provides a safe, friendly space where you can ask questions in your own words, explore difficult emotions and find practical ideas that may help you or someone you care about.
Go to www.emotioncoaching.uk and look for the green ‘Ask MEC’ button or scroll the free resources.
You can type your question—or use the microphone on your device—and Ask MEC will guide you towards relevant information and exercises. You do not need to know exactly what you are looking for, and there is no such thing as a silly question.
Ask MEC provides general information and support drawing on resources and books created by Dr Sarah Temple. It is not a replacement for personal medical advice, diagnosis or emergency help. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent NHS advice that is not life-threatening, contact NHS 111 or your GP.
